Q. How do I search for an item and shop online at www.uniquemotorsports.com.sg


Search through products categories


Example: Finding a helmet


  1. Click on the :Helmets/ Apparels” tab found under the left hand side menu bar under Product Category, select Helmets and list of relevant items will be listed for selection.

  2. To shop through a different range of products, repeat the same process.


Search through “ Search” function


  1. You may filter desired products by using the drop down list function “Bike Manufacturer” and “Bike Model” or “Browse by Brand” or type product name or product code in the “blank tab” provided.

  2. Click on the submit button.

  3. Start shopping products with the information that you had keyed in earlier.



Q. If I am interested in a product, how do I select, check out and pay for my purchase online?


  1. On the page where your product is displayed, click on “Add To Cart”, key in required quantity and click on the “update” tab. Click “continue shopping” if you wish to purchase more products.


  2. Once you have chosen all the products, click on the “checkout” tab.


    If you are an:


Returning Customer:


  • Enter your User ID and Password in the field provided, then click “Login” tab.

  • Check your shopping cart summary

  • Choose if your shipping address is the same as the billing address or enter your desired shipping address

  • Choose between self collection / delivery

  • Click on the “make payment” tab



Existing Customer but have forgotten your password


  • Click on “My Account” tab

  • Click on the “Forgot Your Password” link under the password field

  • Enter your previously registered email address and click “submit” tab

  • Log in to your email account and your email inbox/junk mailbox where the new passwords will be emailed to you.

  • Once you have received your new password, sign-in with your new details at “My Account”

  • Check your shopping cart summary

  • Choose if your shipping address is the same as the billing address or enter your desired shipping address

  • Choose between self collection/ delivery

  • Click on the “make payment” tab


Non-Existing Customer

  • Click on “My Account” tab

  • Click on “Register” tab under “New Customer”

  • Fill in your Login details, Personal details, Contact details. Mandatory fields are marked with an *.

  • Key in the letters as shown for code verification

  • Tick “ I have agreed to the “Conditions of Use”, “Privacy Policy”and “Legal Policy”

  • Click on the “Register”

  • Upon successful application, you will be re-directed to our home page to login under your new created account.

  • Select desired products and check your shopping cart summary

  • Choose if your shipping address is the same as the billing address or enter your desired shipping address

  • Choose between self collection/ delivery

  • Click on the “make payment” tab


Q. How do I check my order/purchase history?


  • Click on “My Account” tab on the top of the page

  • Log in with your User ID and Password.

  • Click on “My Account” tab

  • Click on the left hand side menu bar of the subsequent page, click on “Order summary”/ “Sales orders”



Online Stock Availability


Q. How do I know if the product I'm looking for is available online?

  1. Product stock availability status will appear directly below the products' part number.

  2. If a product is out of stock, the estimated shipping period will be displayed directly below the products' part number. You can still purchase the product and collect/ receive the delivery on, or after, the specified date.


Q. Are all products available in stores available online?

  1. Our online product range will, from time to time, differ from the range you see in our stores.


Q. What if the product runs out of stock after I have ordered or made payment?


  1. We will send an email or call you to keep you posted on the availability within the next business day.

  2. This practice will vary by product and situation, and limited quantities or other circumstances may result in this check.

  3. If the product is no longer available, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made.



Promotions & Discounts


Q. How do I redeem a promotional code?


Make a purchase from the Unique Webstore

Shopping cart summary page, enter your promotional code into the “Coupon Code” field, and click on “Apply ” tab.

Click on the “Checkout” tab to proceed to checkout confirmation page.

Proceed to make payment.

Q. What type of purchases can a promotional code be applied to?


  1. Promotional codes can be used for online purchases made from Unique Webstore, but are not applicable for excluded items.

  2. Excluded items include, but are not limited to, delivery charges, promotional offers, pre orders, unless indicated otherwise.

  3. Promotional codes are subject to all restrictions set forth in any ongoing promotion.

  4. Promotional Codes only apply to qualifying products.

  5. Promotional Codes are exclusive to purchases made through Unique Webstore. Purchases made from our Branches are not eligible.

  6. If the promotional code has a minimum purchase requirement, shipping and handling charges do not apply toward the minimum purchase amount.

  7. Promotional codes cannot be applied to previously completed purchases.

  8. Promotional codes are not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit.

  9. Please refer to specific promotional materials for specific terms and conditions.

  10. Only one promotional code can be applied at any one time for purchases made through Unique Webstore.


Q. How many promotional codes can I redeem for one purchase?


  1. Only one promotional code can be redeemed during any one purchase, unless otherwise stated.


Q. What if my unredeemed promotional code has expired?


  1. Expired promotional code will be rendered invalid and no replacement codes will be issued.

  2. Unique Motorsports Pte Ltd reserves the rights to amend redemption period for promotional codes without prior notice.


Q. What if I want to apply another promotional code?

  1. Simply enter the other promotional code into the field provided.

Payment


In-Store Purchases


Q. What are the modes of payment if I purchase from Unique Motorsports Storefront?


We accept the following modes of payment in all Unique Motorsports stores:


  1. Cash or Nets

  2. Credit/ Debit cards (Visa/Master/Diners/Amex)

  3. Installment plans through credit cards (with a minimum purchase of $500.00)



Online Purchase


Q. How can I pay for my items online?


We accept the following modes of payment on Unique Webstore:

  1. Credit/Debit Card (Visa/Master/Amex) - If you choose this mode of payment, you will be asked to provide credit/debit card details upon submission of payment.

  2. Bank Transfer.


What happens if I experience difficulty at the payment page?


  1. Please contact us at info@uniquemotorsports.com.sg and we will get back to you within 3 working days.




Collection & Delivery


Q. How do I get my products after purchasing them online?


  1. We offer 2 types of delivery/ collection methods from Unique Webstore:

  • Self-Collection

  • Delivery


Q. What is Self-Collection?


  1. Self-Collection is when you purchase and make payment for items online and choose to pick up the items purchases from the store on your own.

  2. If you order on any day from Monday to Saturday, you can collect your purchases from your chosen outlet either in 3 calender days after the confirmation of the relevant Sales Order or the stipulated date in your purchase confirmation email during our operating hours (10am to 8pm).

  3. If you order on a Sunday, you can collect collect your purchases from your chose outlet either in 4 calender days after the confirmation of the relevant Sales Order or the stipulated date in your purchase confirmation email during our operating hours (10am to 8pm).


Q. What are the charges for Self-Collection?


  1. There are no charges for self-collection option.


Q. What happens if I forget my order?


  1. Goods must be collected within 14 days from the date on which the Goods are ready for collection.


Q. What is Shipping Delivery?


  1. Shipping Delivery is when you purchase and make payment for items online and require the items to be delivered to your stipulated address.

  2. An Unique Motorsports representative will contact you via email/ telephone within the 3 business days from the submission of your online Sales Order to arrange delivery.


Q. How are the Shipping Delivery Charges?


  1. A delivery charge of S$10.00 applies for local delivery, irrespective of the size or value of the shopping cart.

  2. The delivery charges apply to all items delivered to one address for orders in one cart.

  3. Local delivery is free with a minimum purchase of $100.00.

  4. For overseas shipping upon submission of Sales Order, our system will auto-capture and revert to you via email the total shipping fee incurred (in reference to http://www.singpost.com). You may always clarify the shipping charges if you have any doubt, before submitting your final payment to us. The tracking number will be sent to you via email once your Goods has been dispatched to the delivery service provider.

Installation


Q. Installation of Goods


  1. Installation charges will be quoted on site at our outlets by Sales staff.

  2. Installation is handled by our professional mechanics when required at our outlets.


Exchanges and Returns


Q. Are all items exchangeable or refundable?


All goods sold are strictly non refundable nor exchangeable. All products sold by Unique Motorsports are in mint condition. You are expected to check for defects upon receipt of Goods and also your responsibility to maintain and ensure that the Goods purchased is used accordingly to the manufacturer's recommendation.


Q. What if the Goods are incorrect or damaged upon delivery/ collection?


  1. You may choose to refuse such Goods upon receipt.


  • To facilitate handling of such incidents, please assist us to indicate the reason for the refusal of delivery on the Delivery Note.

  • An Unique Motorsports representative will contact you within 24 business hours for further action.


  1. Or you may Send us an email (info@uniquemotorsports.com.sg) with photos of Good/s, original purchase receipt from Unique Motorsports and your contact details.

  • An Unique Motorsports representative will access your request and notify you to bring the product back in their original conditions and original packaging together with your valid purchase receipt from Unique Motorsports.

  • On returning the Goods, please note that free gifts, vouchers, accessories associated with the purchase must also be returned at the same time.

  • If delivery has taken place, then the refund will exclude delivery charges paid.

  • Please note that normal processing time for exchange/return request is 4 – 6 weeks from the date of request.
